Return Policy


All sales of crystals are final. In rare circumstances, returns or exchanges may be considered at the discretion of the shop owner.

Consignment items that arrive damaged or break after purchase are the responsibility of the consignee or maker, and must be handled directly with them.

Non-consignment jewelry that has broken will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by management before any resolution is offered.

Other non-consignment merchandise (excluding crystals) may be eligible for return within 10 business days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Perishable items (such as food or drinks) are not eligible for return.
